kde-style-oxygen software package provides Oxygen widget style, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-style-oxygen
kde-style-oxygen is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-style-oxygen package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-style-oxygen *
You will get with kde-style-oxygen package name, version, architecture and description in a table
